Georgia Bank & Trust had great reviews, but their recent buyout seems to have "creative lending" on hold for a few months.I've looked into Dwell, Lima One, Colony, and B2R a bit, but I wanted to exhaust local options before going that route.  

I would never have an appreciation mentality here.

The tenant had some mental health issues so we created a team approach.

Many people don't have the mental or physical or emotional resources to move.  

But, the herd mentality is also just as likely to about-face as soon as a contrary Statistic turns up!

Hello,I just bought a house with 7 bedrooms and 5 baths .Initial intention was a flip.However after closing,i just found out the house that shares the driveway is rented for some federal program.it sort of looks like a assisted living(because i saw some elderly women) then i also saw some toddlers and their mothers.There is about 20 people in that house which is similar to size of the property i bought.So i am trying to find out if anyone is familiar with any such programs or rents their house to Government (department of health and mental hygiene).If you do please give me some insight.Thanks in advance :)

It sounds as if you still have the employee mentality as opposed to investor?

The tenant in the other side complained at first about "exhaust fumes" but never did she mention that it smelled like sewage. 

For information on a small subportion of licensing requirements, consult the Texas Adminsitrative Code Title 22, Part 23, Chapter 533 (and above).Also keep in mind, that is far from exhaustive of the types of licenses you may need in your particular case.
