I assure you they don't get hung up on a word in an article or create mental obsticles for themselves and act like they are somehow being oppressed by men in real estate.

So, they are versatile and high-quality...and if necessary, I'd trust them to babysit my two little kids.They have been with me for about 30 rehabs now and are pretty self-managing -- in other words, if I sent them to a house they'd never seen and I didn't tell them what I wanted done, they'd get it 95% as I wanted it without ever talking to me.

Also I don't do the To DO list: since it's an excuse for being lazy, and a mental blockage for things you feel like a drag on.

Its basically a buy and hold mentality if you can find a property that cash flows.
