This should be great learning lesson for people, if it seems to good to be true it probably is.

Definitely a lessons learned to increase rate or not allow extensions if arbitrage is expected.

I would love to buy some land or a property in the Oaxaga region but wanted to learn more about financing land or RE.

It helps build momentum and keeps you consistent, and you can learn on the way.
