Columbus, Ohio is considered a favorable market for university housing investments as it is home to several reputable universities, including The Ohio State University, one of the largest universities in the country.

It has become evident to me that real estate investing demands a distinct mindset, separate from that of a real estate agent.

It's definitely a growing metro, with lots of good employers (Tinker AFB being the largest I believe, followed by the University of Oklahoma/all it's entities, Boeing, Hobby Lobby, Paycom, Sonic, tons of energy companies!)
