That doesn't have to be state licensed and takes a chunk of the risk off of the guy you need to host you.  

Also check out the biggerpockets podcast where the hosts interview actual real estate investors who all give great insight and perspectives.After immersing yourself for a couple of months you will start to get an idea as to what direction you want to go. 

Essentially bundled the usual inspection items (look under sinks, check the water heater, toilets etc) with needed recurring annual maintenance items for a monthly fee with an annual commitment.

Lessons learned from scaling my co-hosting business from 0-30 Co-Hosting units in under a year:In 2019 when I found out about the idea of real estate, I didn't know a thing about real estate, I didn't know anyone in the real estate industry, and I truly had no idea how I was going to be able to get started!
