I didn't realize I am back in high school?

I was wondering if giving not exactly 10 but something on the high side would attract someone to invest with me:)

Located in eastern Iowa it isn't a high traffic area.

Here in the Reno, NV market multifamily prices are very high so it would be better to buy single family.

Stuck in a blanket loan and the release prices are too high. 

If that is the case, then I highly recommend trying to stretch your capital across multiple deals vs putting more than the necessary amount into one deal just to cash flow more on that one deal. 

That's pretty high for an investment property in this environment.

I am now looking to start my first real estate business and would greatly appreciate connecting with other experienced investors.My goal is to start a small but promising real estate venture focused on property or land acquisition/development.

Taxes can be high depending on what you do with the property after it's built. 

if not... i'd say stay local to Canada 'cash flow' is very, very tough right now with interest rates and prices both high
