The Government was correctly notified as a party in the original foreclosure complaint.I understand there is a 120 redemption period for the Feds from the sale date.  

Either do that or turn it over to grass or plant something that's not going to be any care at all.I would charge a higher security deposit and on new tenants and maybe this will help.Never allow any pets you don't need to. 

PS  there was a transaction last year there I Atlanta that also had some pretty sloppy title work or closing attorney work done.it was a BP investor who got hooked up with some dude in ATL.. deal went pear shaped then a loan came on the property from a Crowdfunder and it appeared that the title company closed the loan with the wrong person signing on the loan.. the owner never signed for it.then the original purchaser got fed up and literally gave the property to a local realtor who turned around and sold it in a few days for cash and got clear title on that .. the original loan they wrote around.. or said they did...

It definitely had it's moments but the cash flow allowed me to expand much faster.The most profitable was an old duplex I picked up privately (owner hold) from a fed-up landlord. 

(include hardware )- Repair the stair step and painting- 4 New fans Installation include (fans and labor)- Extractor fan installation and electrical wire point upstairs bathroom include (extractor fan and electrical job)- Pressure washing and lawns service in the back area include (pressure cleaning, grass and labor.- Floor Repair downstair to the sliding door include (mosaic tile and labor)- Vertical blinds downstair at the sliding door.

If it has not been producing well, and you can get the price, I would sell and move on to greener grass. 

Sadly, this prohibits camaraderie and invariably stifles innovation and growth.So is the grass greener on your side of the Atlantic?

I got a letter tell me to move my car off my lawn (no grass), yet the next door neighbor cemented her whole front yard.

Lawns are to be left in cut condition at the end of the lease, meaning the grass shouldn't be taller than 4 inches or so.

I would not mess with the feds or test them.
