I’m currently searching for my first deal in the Memphis area by the end of the year just want to get my finances in place first which should be done by the end of July.

I have had people before search out a keyword for commercial in Google and BP forum posts shows up on page one.

Looking forward to searching out local deals and getting my feet wet finally. 

Hey guys, This is an interesting topic to me, I did a bit a research on google but the results were confusing. 

For the last year I have been searching for a small multi-family property to purchase so I can owner occupy one of the units...House hack it, as Brandon would say.

I've seen the areas you mentioned on some of my searches, but if you're local and can see the conditions first hand, I'm confident in taking a look at the same areas you mentioned.

@Luis Barberi I would highly recommend you look into due diligence groups like @Ian Ippolito group.Ian can speak much more intelligently about it but I would google The Real Estate Crowdfunding Review and the 506investor group. 

This one is going to vape/smoke/burn candles in your unit/property anyway.This is why you send a copy of the application and tenant criteria prior to doing background searches, let alone signing lease agreements.
