So far I have been unlucky with the few prior brokers I worked with.Either they have no clue how to deal with rentals and LLC or they never follow up on requests and I have to chase them down for weeks before getting any  return call.I am looking for a broker who could take care of all my insurance needs for my home, LLCs with rentals, condos, commercial and personal liability, etc...

@Bryce Sablotny I don't think Marijuana would have a big impact on housing prices, but most people moving somewhere strictly for marijuana purposes would probably move to CA, NV, CO, or WA before IL

I reach out to a lender, submit the application (or verbally relay my information over the phone to avoid another hard inquiry), and when I ask for an estimate of rates, they disappear or take an unreasonable amount of time to respond and follow up is non existent.

hey corey  congrats on gettting in on the rei fun its great that your learning But don't get stuck on analysis's paralysis because the one thing ive learned so far is That even if your 20 to 30  years in your still going to be learning, as well a lot of people get stuck in just learning but never execute Whatever you do the best advice I can give you is don't follow down that path Get out there analyze deals And make offers on the good deals what ever you do if your looking to buy and hold or you planing on wholesale and flips just make sure you not only learn but also exicute too good luck brother !!!
