Customer service is nonexistent and when I finally did get a hold of someone it was the rudest woman I've ever talked to. 

So far I have found @David Greene 's, book on Long distance real estate investing insightful an helpful in laying out a foundation from which to proceed.

I'm glad I didn't stop looking for such a group or I wouldn't have found you guys and believe me, I joined ALOT of before I finally found Bigger Pockets and now I will delete those groups just taking up space.

I missed out on a year of acquisitions because I had blinders on (back to my wife on that story, once she finally "corrected me" were buying again... and having a ball doing it!

It's an easy to read book by David Rousher about the basics of MHPs.

For single family houses, I plan to use the Homestyle loan for rehabs, for 1-4 units I will use my own cash, and finally I will also like to do market research on bigger properties not to exceed $1.2M.
