That is a big carrot, but the offset is that they have already been pushed further down the eviction process quicker if they decide to stay put.This way, if one leaves right away, and the other stays, you can start upgrades on the one unit while fighting to clear the other.I hope this makes sense, since it isn't exactly what you are looking for.
