As far as I know, all three have experience in everything from a mop-and-paint to new construction.If you're looking for data support in Snohomish County, I know @Doug M. has been doing a fair bit of work with analytics, might be something you'd want to look in to.As for me, I'm just a small time buy-hold rentals guy, but maybe we'll have a reason to talk business after I wrap up my current purchase, or just shoot the breeze at the next BP meet-up.Cheers, and welcome to the community!

@Ashley Wolfe  its very nice of you to ask... however your broker only gets paid if they represent you and write the contract for you.. ( unless you have buyers brokers arrangement which are fairly rare).So when you have an agent working for you and you feel they are bringing value make sure you use them to make your offers on listed properties..Nothing worse to an agent then to work with someone only to have that client go direct to a listing agent and cut them out and the buyer is not cognizant of how this crush's your agent.

In AZ it is fairly simple to get information from the assessors office if you find an address different from the physical location of the house you might have a place to start, you can also see if it owned by a Trust which will obviously change the probate aspects
