Many failure points as well as potential hazards.For sure if someone has the pockets and wants to be unique on the block, they are certainly aesthetically pleasing, but realistically a solar solution for only the 0.01% economically.

It is true that you own the property once the deed is delivered and recordation is not required, but my state is a race/notice state and failure to record can cause some real problems.
