A good property manager can help you focus in on the right neighborhood and property for the market.

I will ask for re-inspection but if seller refuse and allow only walk through on day of closing I am no expert to know anything about the roof.

I need help running my first deal on a multiunit property.

Original price is 375k and I'm getting it for around 310k.Would appreciate any help here as I am investing out of state, though will be house hacking and living in the home for a bit.
