I am trying to find repair estimates for these items for a 1880sq Home cape style home. these are the items im looking to get a quote- Roof trims need repair–there are signs of seeping near the skylight windows second floor–adjustable lollies need to be replaced with cement lollies–garage is in need of foundation repairs.

(I am just asking since I have not managed to get a deal that good, and would like to learn/gain some new perspective from more experienced ppl, like how much cash-flow are those deals, how much downpayment/initial cost, how much monhtly estimated expense, etc)

I remember my mom telling me about a friend who was looking to sell her building and at first I thought the deal was to big for me; however, I looked at the location, ran the numbers, estimated repairs and the deal made sense if I factored in moderate rent increases.
