My question is, if you could go back to 16 years old what would you have done to make yourself more successful as an investor or agent today?

Wife and I are interested in creating a multifamily property, either through creation of an in-law suite, or maybe just building a nicer MFR property from the ground up for a house hack opportunity.Location agnostic at this point, just seeking info on people who have successfully did a new build of a small MFR property?

That’s an incredible success rate that any large scale business man would love to have .

How do you (realtor) define a successful transaction?

Not entirely sure if flying out specifically for property managers would be too much assuming one can successfully interview management firms over the phone with a call or two rather than needing to in person.

I've been having some decent success in RE, and so now i have the opportunity of having a number of people asking to give me money.

This is even more challenging with triplexes and quads as they are rare in Memphis and seem to be only in certain parts of town that are less desirable to live in.I have seen and helped several investors using the BRRRR strategy here with single family homes and have had great success!

He always has a few roommates and generally we look for quiet, brainy kids and have been successful to that end.
