You say no problem, I have rehab funds and you try and take out that 62,500 that the contractor wants and then you are denied and told rehab funds are for completed work only and you will need to front that money to get started and wait to be paid back at the end in like 4 - 6 months when the last draw is taken.To get involved in a short term bridge loan without being liquid 100k at the minimum is very dangerous and risky.

Mold is in the air we breathe all the time it is just not in dangerous levels where it is out of whack and can be harmful.The mold company should perform some surface swab tests as well as airborne samples.

I often think that the most dangerous investors are the ones that haven’t ever lost money and I sometimes say that if you haven’t lost money it’s just because you haven’t been doing this long enough or haven’t done enough deals.
