Like any other profession, RE has its share of crooks and dishonest people as well.

So I'm finally going to pay for a 4 week ad in a big newspaper, since I have 3 steals to market.

I have seen buyer's steal inventory and default on the deal.

I currently drive an '02 Dodge CaravanIt was my choice simply because I have a large family, I paid cash for it(a steal at $2500 with only 62k miles) and I don't have excessive car notes to worry about.

So, lets say if I purchase a property thats well below ARV - Repairs - (holding cost) "I know this would have to be a steal" will I be able to secure HM w/o any of my own money?

You come off sounding like a slick investor looking to steal my equity.

If I were a seller, I would take it as you want to steal my home.

The only reason I used one was because I was getting an absolute steal on a house and I wanted to profit from it.

Given the scenario, being able to essentially cash it all out, $0 out of pocket, still a steal... just a more general question when dealing with HOAs.

However, we DON'T like termites or crooked / leaning buildings.
