I get frustrated because most people a) don't stick with this and try to learn it... trust me its easier than first year college physics... but it will take you a few times to get it and after networking with real people doing this or b) they say its seems risky and listen to their lazy/ignorant CPA who by the way has been stuck in they same occupation for 20-30 years... why would you want to take financial advice from someone who is not financially free.

Here you were eager to comment negatively on something you apparently don't know anything about but completely uninterested in actually learning about it.

I am curious about house hacking as well.I am currently in the learning phase and hope to make my first investment within the next 12 months.

However, now I'm learning that I should be able to do the same thing and just classify the LLC as an S Corp when filing my taxes and it avoids nearly all of the self employment taxes. 

It will take time to learn and understand how to have your money make money but i guarantee You will look back 10, 20, 30 years from now and be grateful that you got into Real Estate. 

Considering your facility will cater to a wide range of storage needs, including RV/boat storage, semi-truck parking, container storage, and contractor yards, the name should encapsulate the comprehensive nature of your services.
