Approaching anyone who has received a notice of foreclosure is now covered by law as a foreclosure counselor or agent, you can't just approach these people as a business without compliance issues.The reason the authorities cracked down is because people were being scammed and "assisted" by people with limited knowledge some probably based on guru stuff and they caused more problems then they ever solved.

That way, I know that it's done.I also have them sign forms with electric and gas companies that authorizes the utilities to notify me if the uutilities are not being paid.We also have an automatic transfer plan that switches the utilities back to me automatically when the tenant moves.I would check to see if your utilities have any of these programs.

My original intent was a flip but as the work was being done (I did a lot myself but did hire out the roof and windows as it was cheaper compared to my time value) I had an offer to rent at $70/m more than I originally estimated.
