It's common for people to withhold funds and hope you'll never sue.

I have a general idea of what most of the common fees are but I’d like some idea of what is general ballpark for fees related to eviction process and pay demand process.

Someone doing this kind of volume, multiple agents are going to get it that you work with multiple agents, and those agents dont necessarily have to do a lot of work. 

Consider you won't be paying water, landscaping/snow, windows, roofs, common areas separately, but they will be in your HOA which you will have to recoup from the tenant.

You at least need some kind of preapproval, say for a set %LTV, as with a standard loan preapproval.

Kind of interesting looking at a larger scope of properties.For those not aware, MRIS, the MLS system in DC/MD/VA, which was already the largest MLS in the country, combined with about 10 other MLS systems to create an even larger MLS system.

If it's a mortgage and you want to quit claim it to your LLC with the same note, it's common albeit frowned upon.

Is this a common practice?
