I could offer part-time services in financial modeling / forecasting, errand running, selecting design features, physical labor and general grunt work in exchange for some coaching and a very small part of the deal.

I've always been intrigued by real estate (while knowing zero about it) and after weighing many options I have decided to leave coaching and pursue real estate.I am incredibly excited to start learning.

@Adam Haman @Jake Stenziano  Have you ever considered life coaching, or speaking to a mentor.  

This house is my first rehab-and-sell and I'm SO lucky to have an awesome RE developer as my coach, support person and mentor.

They make things sound easier than what it is so that more people will buy their courses or audio CDs or seminars or coaching programs or whatever.That's just my opinion and I'm sure the supporters of the gurus or the gurus themselves will disagree and will post accordingly.

And with cash-flow restored, my next investment was in training/coaching in my primary business, which is copywriting and SEO. 

In some areas, where a few of our gurus or wanabe gurus deal their local area may be different, OTH, it probably isn't and they are coaching from the back room putting your tail on the line.

I didn't know what a podcast was until my martial arts coach mentioned that he had a podcast and explained the whole concept to me.
