@James WiseJames, there is a concept called "empirical costs" which is the cost of doing a particular business or selling a particular product which could have an empirical adverse effect on others.The most common is smoking. 2nd hand smoke can have a devastating effect on the person NOT doing the smoking.

I brought them value first showed them what a great agent I was .. got them top dollar for property or got them a smoking deal on the buy... in other words build a foundation that will last you a lifetime like it has mine.. of course not all Wine and Roses but you get the drift.
