I work in corporate America and and just don't feel like that's where I want to spend the majority of my life. 

Here are things I would like to incorporate into my cashflow analysis:1.

We're open to any direction anyone is willing to give us as to how best to get started, financing, networking, incorporating, purchasing, contracts, negotiating, wholesaling, etc.  

I did not get incorporated which I should have so I am not sure if that strategy would work for me but I would like to hear more about it!

Luke Texidor That is a bold and unnecessary move, when you did an interview/walk the contractor, you should have a paper that will spell out what you want done, per room or per line item or both, that way, you will simply have him sign it and incorporate it to the contract.
