It has a big rod iron fence on a track and support bars to keep it aligned.

We wound up getting higher rent than we would have with the tenants that left by an additional 15% or so.Mind you, there were a lot of reasonable people involved in this transaction and the stars aligned for us on this one...

C'mon BiggerPockets... can't you align yourself with a better company, it obivously wouldn't be difficult.

This information very helpful some of it aligns with my research but this will help me focus my efforts more.If I am planning to move into the area within the next year and start investing shortly after how early do you think it is acceptable to start talking with lenders and vendors?

That way you can try to align it with their ideas for zoning and avoid any issues there.
