If the property looks well taken-care of and all is well, don't worry about the neighbor. 

When the park rules and guidelines are clear and consistent, there is a huge benefit to the overall look and feel of the park because the unit owners want to keep their property values up and go above and beyond to make sure their house looks good and is cared for.

I don't really care for the PC term of rehabbing or renovating a property and I think I would sound pretentious if I tell people I'm a residential property re-developer.  

not to slow down your enthusiasm.. however wholesaler is an advanced strategy and is pretty darn tough for some one just beginning.also many parts of the country its not like 10 years ago.. deals are scarce and competition fierce..just be careful not to put your self in a hole thinking this  is as easy as sending out a few thousand mail pieces..  

I would not be, but I care more about my assets then to allow them to be turned into zoos.

I will answer calls, take care and know my listings, will actually take pictures and advertise in sum........I'm coming for you!  

I would be careful of outfits like this, especially those from out of state, that do not know our markets as well. 

@Michael King Provided you take care of the zoning/classification issues, you can look into getting a hard money loan (HML)/bridge financing for a few months.
