The property is being managed by Renter's Warehouse and I do not have any contact information for the homeowner (other than their address in the Notice of Trustee Sale).How can I go about starting up a discussion with the owner to purchase the property?  

I use Classes and Customers for the property address and I use Jobs for the units (if not a single family residence).

Please tell me where I can get a house for 8k with $1500 in rehab that rents out for $750/month!

The property is fully occupied right now but all the units need to be rehabbed and most of the tenants are on month-to-month.

Re-inspection fee is probably for the draws, each time they come out and inspect for a draw inspection to disburse the rehab money back to you, the guy has to get paid.AND on top of all that, you are getting 4.75% interest, where the hell are you getting this kind of rate from?
