Pack lunches instead of buy?

I may have a line on bulk REO's in West Pasco, I have been working hard to put something together for an investor in NPR so I could piggy pack one offs for others if a deal is put together (bulk pricing even if you only want one or two)I post again if something happens in the near future.Brian

So today I get my notice on the door reminding me that the bank now ownes the home and to call to discuss possible "CA$H 4 KEYS" This whole foreclosure is not any surprise to me and have my bags packed and ready to move on into an apt.

I definitely think it is 5 to 10 years out and the existing apartment buildings will have to struggle, but if you could pack a bunch of people into the same sq. ft. and charge them an amount they could actually afford, I think it could be a surprisingly good business model.

When my 2 daughters graduated high school in the late 90's we decided to move to Virginia Beach in August of 2000 because our small town, the home town of IBM, had packed up and left and the town died economically.
