A policywith a higher premium may be a better deal if it does not have a wind deductible.There are many endorsements that are available on the homeowners policy.

I am in Orlando, and I have found that the short term rentals that are either new or that have been renovated and that offer the best amenities (i.e. - game rooms, movie theaters, themed kids bedrooms) rent for higher nightly rates and more often.Keith

@Ben Leybovich should chime in shortly about 30k pigs...I personally own some inexpensive apartments, and the expenses are most definitely not 5% of gross revenue!
