There are many groups that are scummy and really only profit centers for companies that run them, so beware.

With the Amazon distribution center recently sited off I-94 in Kenosha, and speculation about Foxconn in Racine, my guess would be that the entire I-94 Racine-Kenosha corridor is in the path of progress. 

I'm thinking either Bailey or Wiggins but that's a pretty long commute to work in the Tech Center or Downtown (where I'm most likely to be employed).

I loved fitness, had been doing CrossFit for a bit, and the market saturation for this style of fitness center was slim to none (actually, it was literally none) where I lived at the time.

In it's hay day it was a bustling industrial center, with all of the wealth that brings. 

Many shopping centers I now see it in also parking structures.

Problem, is they are not rewarding landlords, instead, hospital systems are building their own outpatient center.  

I have a small local wellness center interested in a space I have.

More likely you will end up in a call center in India because that 'saves them money' while the $300k house disappears.

The investors that buys mall properties at these low appraised prices may redevelop or make open-air shopping centers.
