There are a lot of meetups in North Jersey.  

You find people that are in the same boat as you and share similar stories of travel and a realization to escape the monotonous grind of Western work culture.

I don't have the risk tolerance nor the patience or oersonality to deal with low quality tenants.

My city limits the number of unrelated adults to 4, and a college town north of me limits it to 3, so definitely check with the city.Also, when you're making your lease, make sure each girl knows that they are responsible for the entire rent, should all 4 others bail.

If my car was registered at an address less than a 1/4 mile north of mine falling into Detroit, my vehicle insurance would be $700/mo, though NOTHING else at all would change about my insurance profile.
