If you are dealing with a national or even a regional bank that is probably why you are hitting that financing road block.Have you contacted any banks that are portfolio lenders or in other words banks that hold their own paper?

The issue above was that you were clearly attempting to obtain financing from the bank without full disclosure as to your funds which IS BANK and MORTGAGE FRAUD, not an opinion, but by statute, any omission of facts in an attempt to obtain financing from an insured institution is considered fraud, period!

I wanted to share how I am beginning to try and save money on these things in 2015 as well as see if anyone in the Cedar Rapids, IA area has been doing any of this or has any of there own tips.I am prior service ARMY National Gaurd so I take advantage of the 10% military discount at Lowes, HD and even Ar Jays.
