It appears to me that a lot of investors in turnkey real estate (i.e. who want to remain passive) would do better buying quality commercial bonds unless they have a reason to believe the real estate investment will do better.

Either they're not licensed and bonded or they're schedule conflicts with mine so they cancel the appointment, show up late or sometimes don't show up at all.
