It appears to me that a lot of investors in turnkey real estate (i.e. who want to remain passive) would do better buying quality commercial bonds unless they have a reason to believe the real estate investment will do better.

Then as they rolled to the second year  first month paid  then 2nd no payment was made , the wife said she moved out, I said you are legal bonded by the agreement , he said his account was hacked and his checking account blocked (7/1) ,  said to him to go to banking center to resolve the issue.

Either they're not licensed and bonded or they're schedule conflicts with mine so they cancel the appointment, show up late or sometimes don't show up at all.
