Hi James,They make LED flashlights that are very bright.Search the internet for "brightest led flashlights" and you'll see a lot of price points.Then search online for videos of the models you are interested in and see how they perform in the dark.Some are like daylight.Good Luck!

@Ari Bildner If you're renting by room individually (meaning you're listing each room and filling each room separately), then I'd definitely include all utilities including internet and maybe cable.
