Status quo?

A corporation is a business entity that carries its own legal status, separate and distinct from its owners.

I was a guest at his first no pitch seminar awhile back, and will also be at the one coming up next month, I believe.

I live in brooklyn ny as of now and it to was a bit ruff 10 yrs ago, but now it's a gold mine.

Seriously, i just made a status and everyone was giving me recommendations.

Location : Milwaukee and Waukesha counties my status - in about 84 hours I will be working as real estate investor/ agent / project manager for real estate auction brokerage.

because every pasture looks greener from where you are at, but right now you have a job, and there are a lot of folks that don't and would love for an opportunity to have what you do, but I agree, there are circumstances where it just isn't smart to keep on doing the status quot.

Also, I've found several deals that were sold weeks before their status was changed from "available" to "no longer available."

Usually what I have seen is between 95 - 105% of list in the OO status.
