I am getting the name of the business registered and would like to apply for funding for a small business.

The benefit of any line of credit over a simple loan is that you only pay interest on what you've drawn, plus the simplicity of only drafting one loan rather than doing it over and over again.Where I'm struggling is how to apply this to a private lender utilizing something like their IRA.

you can use FHA again but have to move within 100 miles of the first property, also certain conditions apply under using it again ( new job , new baby etc)

has anyone asked their tenants to apply for a housing choice voucher or section 8 program while they are currently living in your property?? 

We get paperwork and/or it is all listed online in a portal, each payment made and a breakdown of the tenant or address so the bookkeepers know how to apply the rent.  

Beta is a financial metric....it can be applied to any investment, not just real estate. 

I applied in may and got paid for rents jan-may 2021.

One of my tenants applied on 9/22 it's still saying submitted application when should they see changes

My question is, does the VMHLRA only applies to the "lot only" tenants or does it apply to park-owned home tenants as well?

What do you guys do if a couple apply for your rental unit, one of them has a great credit score, and the other one doesn't?
