We are working hard and doing well in the single family flip market but im trying to develp a plan i can put into motion for larger multifamily in the next 6 months while we continue to do flips on single family to build capital.

We are thinking about buying something down there in the near future.

We are still building our contractor team and would like any trusted, tested, referrals that you’re willing to share.

We are also open to taking on some modest renovation work.My first experience with real estate was as a young teenager, when I accompanied my grandparents as they shopped for a small, single family homes in my childhood neighborhood.

We are looking at using a HELOC  and have started paper work with PenFed.

We are only about 35 miles from Indianapolis, so there's always that market to explore as well.

The house we are looking at is on the east side of Montgomery, so 1-2 miles from aurora and oswego.
