Online ordering can save you money, but if the item doesn't show up, comes broken or doesn't work out, it is way more effort to return versus a local store.

There will be some details to work out, but don’t count on a full 3% commission going straight towards your down payment...you’ll have coats to get your license in the first place, and then brokerage fees once you have it, so you won’t get all of the 3%.
