I currently own 13 units and have had my share of stressful moments but over time building experience and connecting with those who have been through what your going through is very valuable.

You need to be there with your appraisal packet, share the information with the appraiser and then let him get on with his job.

I like their content, but they seem less genuine when you go to their site and they force you into a sales call to find out how much the program costs, like all the other gurus.

Investors who want to invest in Mexico will do it either because they want to have a property that they can use (part time) for themselves or as a pure investment.If you do a syndication or go for crowdfunding, the investors will own shares in the project and it will be a pure investment; they won't own any unit within your project.
