Each size has a different width due to how hard it is to park a longer unit at the very front angle of their turn in. 20’s- 10 wide; 30’s- 12 wide; 40’s- 15 wide.

House looks nice, but i would have to agree with the others, get rid of the furniture pictures and get some better pictures, preferably with a wide angle lens, this way you get more of the room and it makes them look bigger, my guess in looking at the pictures is that these are small rooms in the house.

Come to find out, the basement door actually was torn off of 2/3 hinges and is frozen wide open, so zero degree wind is whipping into the basement, clearly causing the pipes to freeze.Now, I'm gonna fix them, no issue (good tenant with a good relationship), but it occurred to me that I'm not entirely sure where the liability lies on this one.Clearly, the fact that he didn't accurately report to me the status of the basement door was the reason the pipes froze, but I'm not totally clear on whether or not that has bearing here.Thoughts?

You will be operating in a one sided heavily pro tenant environment and do not have the luxury of selecting the wrong tenants.
