I went inside a few times. the whole place totally stinks and it looks like he has never cleaned for many years. spider webs are everywhere.

@Arnold OhRecommendation:  Do not write on a public wall that you have 100K to invest ... be even more wary about writing it on a public web forum available to all the worlds confidence men (& women).

Larger screen will be good for browsing the web when I'm in the field. 

Plenty on the inter web that are only a couple of years old in new condition at 1/2 the price of new and they will last as long as new.

Hey guys,I've been trying to research this on the web without much luck ... and then I remembered that there's this site called BP that I'm a member of!

I am not one to gamble like that.If I am going to gamble then I go to Las Vegas and play black jack.

They ask me how much I rent the property for and what months I am owed rent.  4)The admin guy walks up to a black board and draws a matrix with months, rent, amount paid, difference.

If you get away from the dark brown/black color the go with a  lighter color it will the top of the house will feel lighter.
