.- I work anywhere from 50-60 hours a week (I work in video production).- I would have roughly 35-40 hours a week available to dedicate to progressing my real estate journey.For me, the big appeal of being an investor in syndication deals is that it is not as time intensive as other real estate ventures, so I can focus more time into progressing my career in video production and growing my income there.

Often lists for your area are free, or if you pay for a subscription from a local provider it probably will have more helpful detail you will want.Have fun, but leave your credit cards and checkbooks at home so you won't be tempted.

We haven't decided if we want to use it as a long-term rental or flip it, so would appreciate any advice on that as well.We've been trying to read up on how to get started, but have a few questions we were hoping to get help with:1) What are the key things to look for in identifying a specific area to purchase in?

Would love to know where you are finding an individual to help with this.That duty of course would be on top of the typical tasks of helping make calls and fill the pipeline, and organize/set meetings etc.

How would you use real estate to help pay off student debt?

Do you have a bookkeeper or someone helping you prepare taxes or are you managing the finances all on your own? 

That helps out a lot!
