No idea, but I'll tell you this, I recently requested of my lender that they allow me to move my duplex from my name into my LLC.

For those of you who frequently use these loans, how do you mitigate the risk of needing to refinance in 5-7 years, but not having any idea what interest rates or credit availability will be like at that time? 

I'm most excited about multi-family properties using the BRRRR approach, especially liking the idea of then renting them using Airbnb since the cash flow is so much higher in some areas.

I want to learn how to invest and own property to live off the rental income one day but I have no idea where to start.

The funniest thing, which I have even heard on the BP podcast, is the idea that some people "need" to spend $50K on a program, because that is the only way they can get motivated.

I have no idea whether a disregarded entity can work or not.

I have no idea how they found out where I live, other than maybe looking up tax records or using something like Spokeo.
