The amount of new construction in the SFR realm that goes for rental purposes is a very tiny part of the equation. 

Hey guys, I'm trying to make a decision; I want to focus on short term rentals, I am exploring the option of  converting my garage into a tiny house to rent out as a short term rental, or use that money to get another property.

They crack down on any suspicious reviews and don't allow the business owner to delete bad reviews, as long as they are legitimate (most of the time, anyway).

Is it possible to get a mortgage on a Tiny House (on wheels) that costs $40k with roughly $10k in setup costs, so really $50k total?

Also be aware that tiny drops on the ceiling could be a bigger leak above.

Seems like they’ve been cracking down on it.

I have been researching tiny homes as ADUs, etc, and think the shipping container designs are really cool.

ARV ~$850k according to agent(2) Fully renovated duplex has about $280k put into it, currently renting at $1,300 and $1,500.(3) Vacant quadplex could be rented although likely needs full reno for each unit.The property is half a mile from a rapidly growing downtown area in the suburbs of Atlanta, and the seller is looking to offload the property to work on building tiny homes in Asheville, NC.

It sounds like an open invitation for us to buy a few adjacent properties near these decision makers and open halfway houses for sex offenders, violent criminals, and maybe throw in a few crack heads for good measure.
