Most here are real estate investors and typically those are not viewed as "businesses" because they have no real value as businesses outside the value of the asset(s) owned.

I feel like they are not very liquid so only throw a couple of thousand on the platform.

Most deals sent into a Facebook group are like fifth helpings and ones all investors on VIP list and email list have passed on.

The market you are in, is a C market and can’t support that business model.With the above said here are the options I would seek outA.  

We also tried out REI Blackbook but not did not like it because was pretty clunky and hard to figure out.Now, being that we are not real estate specific, we have a general contracting business in Chicago; we have a pretty robust system built out in HubSpot, which we LOVE and definitely allows room for more growth!

They are just like you: working jobs, parents, side hustling, wearing sandals, and driving a Prius.

Then cabinetry, countertops, and final coats of paint (I have the base and case pre painted before install so that caulk and paint touch ups for the nail holes are all that is needed).
