We were looking for fixer uppers in a very specific area of Long Island NY, and were only looking for Capes, Colonials, and ranches. 

I’m budgeting about $1,500 per room, so $8,000-$8,500 to include the LR, DR, kitchen, and outdoor space.

They tried three times to get my mailing list to the correct area   I had just moved to a new market and was very specific where I wanted to mail my postcards.

The research you do in your downtime may have conflicting opinions on if it qualifies or not, but I would think most everyone would agree that the work you're doing specifically for your employer does not count.

Hi @Paul Pratt I ran into a similar situation previously and I don't know a specific company but you can start by researching the following.
