Anytime someone brings up a reason you will counter it with your own logic and actually push yourself further and further away from where it seems like the place you want to go.

I typically rely on external sources for experts in finance, accounting, and other areas which I simply am no expert in and am happy to rely on someone else.

If you find someone that seems to know a lot of people needing your services, wouldn’t it make sense to focus more resources on them?

If someone is checking on the home 2-3 times per year, you have a better chance at catching this before it gets bad.
