Im still hanging on to a judgement for one tenant that i will never see a dime from.Anyway im just frustrated at the situation landlords are in...my comment was a bit tongue in cheek since some states are forcing exactly that "first come first served" kind of thing and especially in the current environment i feel like a victim of a social movement that hates landlords and property owners....its just frustrating and hard not to go super protective mode on ones hard work and investments
