FM's I believe have a 15 day window for owner occupants before they open up or even look at bids/offers from investors.Now, if it was another investor who got the bid accepted at $30k, its sounds like someone is in bed with someone else :) my $.02 cents!

It adds beautiful curb appeal to our house, shades our living room windows (we are in a hot climate), and adds a lot of charm to the property.I live in a house and am the owner.

(New windows, some new doors, new flooring, refurbish kitchens, paint paint paint, update some bathrooms, landscaping, update parking lot.)

I've done tons of door hanger campaigns but I have gotten only two calls - one that was window shopping and already had a Realtor he was working with and another that yelled at me to not put door hangers at his property as he had renters living there.

I then tell them to go to the bank and make the deposit at the window.

I put in new windows, insulation and numerous other things which dropped me down to around $750 per month for the whole building this last winter where we had a high temp of 20 below zero for about 2 months.

Even PPC, you'd figure it would be quick, but the thing is that even when people sign up on your website they usually aren't ready to buy.They're just window shopping and it's going to take 3-6 months before they reach the next step.
