I think we had the right to do what ever investigating on the borrower we wanted NOW this is HML not state or federal charter bank etc.If people had any idea how much information is contained through certain skip tracing sites, they would be shocked (and upset).

They come after us for not providing disclosures, breaking with advertising guidelines, failing to have our license on our person, neglecting our fiduciary responsibility toward our clients, misrepresenting material facts and countless other reasons.Following a clients lawful instructions 'Tell the buyer I had peas from the garden for breakfast." is not what they are looking out for.

And for some ungodly reason people will buy a $1,200 cell phone and then skip on rent.It's your investment so by all means go about it how you wish.

I think when when an economy first takes a nosedive you may see a quick correction because people skip their vacations momentarily, but they aren’t going to simply stop vacationing for years in a recession.

Like breakfast or daily maid service on more than one night rentals etc. 

You have to skip trace them.

If a tenant skips town on you and you decide to go to this bullcrap small claims court thing because thats what we all tell each other to do on these forums....and you win....how do you get the money if you dont know where they work?

Skip tracing is supposedly the best way to find information about people.
